Alberto Micheletti is managing director of Micheletti Construction Limited. He has held that role in Abuja since May 2012, in civil and building trades. His public profile still lists the role as his current work.

Before Abuja, the same profile records two earlier posts. From January 2003 to April 2009 he was a project manager at Dys Trocca Valsesia in Lagos. From April 2009 to April 2012 he was a manager at L. D’Alberto & Company Limited in Ibadan. Lagos, then Ibadan, then Abuja: that is the working timeline, and it is why the company writes about those three cities.

The dates are the years of those jobs. They are not the dates a branch office opened, and they are not a count of buildings finished. The company does not give a separate incorporation year here. The years people can check begin with his Lagos post in 2003 and run through the Abuja role that continues now.

Lagos, Ibadan, and the firms he worked for

Dys Trocca Valsesia is a Lagos construction firm, with its headquarters in Apapa. On its own account it has been active since 1954. Alberto’s work there was project management, through to April 2009. The jobs from those years stay with that employment. Micheletti Construction does not list them as its own projects, and it does not publish that firm’s telephone number.

L. D’Alberto & Company Limited is an Ibadan building and civil engineering contractor. The firm describes itself as established in 1956. Alberto was a manager there for the three years from April 2009 to April 2012. The firm has its own office in Ibadan. That office is not an address of Micheletti Construction, so it is not printed here.

From May 2012 the public record is the company on this website: Micheletti Construction Limited, with Alberto as managing director in Abuja. People asking about a house or a roof in Lagos or Ibadan are still writing to this company. The earlier cities are part of his working life, not a pair of old letterheads.

The work the company takes on

Micheletti Construction Limited takes on building work and roofing for homes and commercial properties. A leaking roof is often a building problem, and a new building is unfinished if the covering is left until last, so both trades are handled here. Quote requests are read by the company. They are not passed on for someone else to sell.

Micheletti is Alberto’s family name. His working life on the public record has been in Nigeria since 2003. Micheletti Construction Limited is this company, led by him, doing building and roofing in the three cities above.

Names that appear in public reporting

In May 2017, Punch (17 May) and Vanguard (22 May) reported a statement issued around Yunusa Yakubu’s appointment as chairman of Premium Pension Limited. The statement, as quoted in both papers, described him as a director of Micheletti Construction Limited at that time. He is an architect, and the same statement also mentioned other directorships and his role at Lubell Nigeria Limited. The sentence belongs to 2017. This page does not keep a current board list, so it does not carry that directorship forward to today.

Angela Olubunmi Ogunnubi’s public profile lists her as a quantity surveyor at Micheletti Construction Limited from September 2013, and before that as a quantity surveyor at L. D’Alberto & Co. Ltd from January 2011 to January 2013. She records a quantity surveying degree from Obafemi Awolowo University. Her profile is her own account of that work. It is not a testimonial, and the company does not speak for her.

You will not find a project gallery, client logos, or star ratings here. You will not find a street address or a telephone number either. Selected work can be discussed when you request a quote, using the papers and photographs that belong to the job.
